At Rest Assured Repairs every machine receives a Full Service, which is a very thorough 29-point inspection, cleaning, lubrication, and adjustment. The Full Service Fee does not include the cost of parts or the rebuilding of specific components, if needed.

The average turnaround time is currently about two weeks. This time may vary depending on the number of machines awaiting service. A more precise timeline will be given when the machine is dropped off. Machines are serviced in the order in which they are received.

A 90-day labor warranty, from the time the service was completed, is included at no additional cost.

The answer to this question depends on factors such as how frequently the machine is used (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.), what type of material is most often used in the machine (fleece, flannel, cotton, etc.); and if the machine has sat in a closet for an extended amount of time, etc. Most manufacturers recommend cleaning the machine every twelve months. However, if the machine is seldom used, but stored in a climate controlled area, every few years should be sufficient.

“The shop”, as we like to call it, is located in Keystone Heights, FL, approximately an hour drive from Lake City and Jacksonville. And about a 35 minutes drive from Gainesville.

Due to the occasional high noise level in the shop (vacuum cleaner, air compressor, sewing machines, etc.), texting is preferred. However, if you are unable to text, please do not hesitate to call.
